Shipping Methods

I ship Monday through Wednesday via Next Day Air for delivery to your door.
Once an animal is purchased, I can ship as early as the next business day
(excluding Thursdays and Fridays). Together, we will determine a shipping date
that is convenient for you to receive the package. The animals are shipped at
6:00 PM to minimize the time that they are boxed up.

On the evening of the ship date, I will e-mail all pertinent tracking information to you.
Shipping costs are a flat $50.00 for up to 6 hatchlings. Heavier shipments may cost
slightly more. This includes Next Day Air shipping charges, an insulated shipping box
a seperate interior container for the animal, and any necessary heat or ice packs.
I do not cut any corners on any aspect of the shipping. Shipments to Alaska
are available and shipping charges will be discussed on an individual basis.
Sorry, I do not ship outside of the United States.

I am also a Known Shipper with Delta Airlines.
I offer their Dash Service on shipments with a value of more than $1,000.
The fee for this service averages $90 with insurance for the shipment value.
All Dash Shipments MUST be opened in the Cargo Terminal in front of a Delta
Employee to verify healthy live arrival. They must also be claimed within 1 hour
of arrival. Any claims made on Dash Shipments will be the sole responsibility of
the buyer. I will, of course, cooperate fully in any way necessary to expedite the claim.

Guarantees

Satisfaction Guarantee

All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and healthy. However, given the
number of animals I produce on an annual basis, even I make an occasional error
while sexing neonates. If an animal has been mis-sexed, I will need to be notified of
it within the first 7 days after arrival. I will not sell any animals until they have shed and
are established feeders. I make every effort to portray each animal honestly and fairly. If
for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days
for a full refund, replacement, or credit of the purchase price. Payments received via Paypal
will be credited in full less the 3% Paypal Transaction Fee. I must be notified in advance of
any and all returns. Additionally, all returns must be shipped in the original containers with
shipping pre-paid. Initial shipping expenses are non-refundable.

Shipping Guarantee

I guarantee live arrival under the following condition:

A responsible person is available to receive & inspect the package on the pre-determined
delivery day. If someone is not home to receive the package as agreed upon, the Live Delivery
Guarantee is voided. NO EXCEPTIONS. I recommend taking photos of the box your snakes are
delivered in prior to opening, during opening and then pictures of your snakes right out of the box.
This protects you and us in the event of a shipping mishap. I must also be notified of any problems
with the shipment including, but not limited to, DOA animals within 2 hours of arrival. This notification
can be by either Email or phone. My cell phone number is listed on every Airbill. These terms apply to
both Fedex and Dash Shipments

Miscellaneous

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all State, County, and City Ordinances
regarding the ownership of any animal purchased from Suncoast Herpetological.

I strongly urge anyone considering the purchase of a live animal to thoroughly research the
care requirements for that animal prior to making a purchase. I am more than happy to offer
any assistance that I can regarding the animals featured here.
